What’s included in the monthly rate?
Your monthly site rate includes utilities and Wi-Fi. You’ll also have access to our on-site restrooms, showers, and newly renovated laundromat — the laundromat is a paid, self-serve facility ($3.50 wash · $2.00 dry), so it isn’t included in your rate. We’ll confirm the specifics for your site before move-in.
What’s the difference between the two monthly rates?
Stays under 6 months are $800 per month on a flexible, month-to-month basis. Stays of 6 months or longer are $600 per month — our best rate. Both are full-hookup sites.
Do monthly sites have full hookups?
Yes — every monthly site is a full-hookup site with water, sewer, and 30-amp electric. Our partial-hookup sites are reserved for daily and weekly stays.
Is a background check required?
For stays of 6 months or longer, we run a background check at $45 per applicant. Shorter month-to-month stays don’t require one.
What do I pay at move-in?
At move-in you’ll pay your first month’s fee, plus a security deposit equal to one month’s monthly rate — so your first month and the deposit are both due up front. On top of that, a $45-per-applicant background check applies to stays of 6 months or longer, and there’s a $50 pet fee per pet if you’re bringing dogs.
Can I bring my pets?
Yes — up to two dogs are welcome for $50 per pet. We just ask that they’re well-managed, leashed in common areas, and cleaned up after.
